Register yourself on The Butterfly Gift Shop by simply clicking on ‘Log In/ Sign Up’ at the top of the screen, then fill in your name, email and password. Once you register with us, we will contact you via e-mail on our latest promotions, etc.
You can browse through our items by category. If you see something you like, click on it. You will be directed to the item page and be provided with more details about the item.
If you decide to purchase the item, click “Add to Cart” and the item will be included in your gifts cart. You can view all your items currently in your gifts cart, delete any item, continue shopping or checkout to proceed to payment.
At Checkout, fill in your details such as name, contact billing address and shipping address. Enter a coupon code if you have one, and select your payment method.
4. Payment and Confirmation
You can pay in four easy ways for your order:
a. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Direct Debit
You can pay using your Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Debit Card, or Direct Debit via e-GHL payment gateway.
b. Online transfer or bank in to our account

You can also pay via your Paypal account if you have one.
d. Maybank2u Pay
If you wish to pay with your Maybank account, it is recommended that you use this option. For detailed guidelines, click here.
Once we have received confirmation of payment, we will despatch your orders to the selected courier company on the next working day. We will email you a tracking number once your item is sent out.
Once that is done, just sit back and await the arrival of your wonderful gift(s).
Every order from The Butterfly Gift Shop comes with a standard wrapping (with a gift card).
If you would like to buy gift(s) from our website for a loved one’s special occasion, it would be our greatest pleasure to box and gift wrap everything beautifully and deliver to that special someone. 6. Delivery & Charges
Delivery within Malaysia
We deliver through either PosLaju/ Skynet within Malaysia. We provide FREE delivery within Malaysia for purchases above RM200 in a single transaction.
For areas covered by Pos Laju/Skynet centres, delivery is made within the next working day after despatch of your order(s) to the selected courier company. For all other areas, delivery may take up to 2-3 working days. (Additional 1-2 working days may be required for delivery to East Malaysia).
We will advise you of your tracking number once your items have been delivered as well as the link to where you can track your item.
Orders are shipped every day except for Saturday, Sunday and National holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after you complete your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately by e-mail via email@example.com.
6. Returns Policy
If the item tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if:
a. you contact us within 7 days from receipt of your item for local delivery
b. you contact us within 14 days from receipt of your item for overseas delivery
Shipping costs for return, and resending of the item to you will be borne by you.
You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought (taking into account discounts given, if any). An email will be sent to you with your store credit code once we receive the returns.
The following is non-returnable:
- Products marked “sale”, or purchases made with discount coupons
- Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with specific name, fabric, message or other customized aspect
- Personal products such as underwear, hair accessories, or earrings
- Large items of furniture which are often specially made or ordered
- Perishable products, including food and flowers
- Homewares that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material, such as lampshades, throws, cushions and other items
- Art, sculpture, ceramics and other creations that are often specially commissioned for you.
