1. What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is RM8 for West Malaysia and RM17 for East Malaysia, with FREE delivery for West Malaysia for purchases above RM200 in a single transaction.

2. How long does delivery take?

We will process your order within 1 working day and then despatch it to Pos Laju. Pos Laju will deliver your item(s) within the next 2 to 3 working days. Note that additional working days will be required for Pos Laju delivery to East Malaysia.

3. Do you provide Same Day Delivery?

Same Day Delivery is available for shipping to Subang Jaya, USJ, Glenmarie, Ara Damansara, Kelana Jaya, TTDI and Bukit Jelutong, and we receive the order by 1pm (subject to availability of stock). Same day delivery may be arranged via Grab/ LalaMove. If you wish to have Same Day Delivery, please contact us at +016 610 7528 so that we can make the appropriate arrangement. 

4. Can I pick up the item(s)?

Please contact us at +016 610 7528 if you want to pick-up the item(s) yourself. We can arrange for this once your order is confirmed.

5. How do I know if my order has been shipped out?

You will receive a confirmation shortly after you complete your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately by e-mail via contact@thebutterflygiftshop.com or WhatsApp us at +016 610 7528.

We will advise you of your tracking number once your items have been delivered and provide the link to where you can track your item.

6. What if I need the item(s) urgently?

If your shipping address is not located in one of the Same Day Delivery areas (see 3 above) and need your item(s) urgently, please call/WhatsApp us at +016 610 7528 or send us a message on Facebook. For urgent deliveries, we may arrange shipping via Grab/ LalaMove. If we are unable to fulfil your urgent request, we will let you know immediately.

7. Do you provide gift wrapping service?

If you see something you like on our shop and would like to buy it as a gift, it would be our greatest pleasure to gift wrap everything (including a message on the gift card) and deliver it for you. Just email us at contact@thebutterflygiftshop.com or WhatsApp us at +016 610 7528 and let us know.

8. How secure is shopping on www.thebutterflygiftshop.com?

All online transactions on www.thebutterflygiftshop.com are handled by HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd (HitPay). HitPay is a technology service provider and partners with Stripe Payments Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a registered merchant acquirer by the Bank Negara Malaysia under the Financial Services Act 2013 when it comes to undertaking the relevant regulated activities.

9. What are the payment channels available on www.thebutterflygiftshop.com?

You can pay via credit card (Visa / Mastercard), online banking (FPX), or GrabPay.
