5. The Butterfly Gift Shop Community Areas
i. Registration
The Butterfly Gift Shop reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
ii. Submission of material
By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant The Butterfly Gift Shop the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that The Butterfly Gift Shop is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any of The Butterfly Gift Shop publication.

6. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with The Butterfly Gift Shop you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. The Butterfly Gift Shop retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
i. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
ii. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
iii. Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Items will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
iv. Discount/Coupon Codes
1. Account discount/coupon codes – Discount/coupon codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount/coupon code was offered and registered.
2. Promotional discount/coupon codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount/coupon codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
v. Sizing
Sizes of items may vary from supplier to supplier/ brand to brand. Please check the outlined measurements given in the description for more information.
7. Delivery
We deliver mainly through PosLaju within Malaysia, with FREE delivery for West Malaysia for purchases above RM200 in a single transaction. For gift sets with special packaging and/or urgent deliveries, we may use other delivery partner(s). For urgent orders, please WhatsApp us at +016 610 7528. Do let us know if you want to pick-up the item(s) yourself to save the shipping costs. We can arrange for this once your order is confirmed.

8. Returns
Refunds are not allowed. However, if the customer is unhappy with the purchase, the customer can return the items to The Butterfly Gift Shop within 10 days (for local orders) and 20 days (for international orders) and The Butterfly Gift Shop will send a replacement to you after that. Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in salable condition with returns label still attached can be returned to The Butterfly Gift Shop. Accessories including jewellery, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For returns, customers are advised to notify The Butterfly Gift Shop first at contact@thebutterflygiftshop.com quoting the order number and product details.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Because of the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers’ supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as The Butterfly Gift Shop continues to grow it recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.
