What if I receive a product(s) that was damaged?

If you receive a product(s) that was damaged during transit/ faulty manufacturing, please let us know within 2 days and provide clear photos of the damaged product and the box it came in as evidence. You can then return the said product(s) to us (in its original packaging, unused, with tags & labels attached where applicable) within 10 days of receipt of your product(s), and we will send a replacement to you after that.

What if I receive an incorrect product?

If you receive an incorrect product, we will get the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quick as possible.

All returns should be sent to the following address:

The following is non-returnable:

1. Products that have been used or damaged by you.

2. Products that are not in its original packaging (including tags & labels where applicable).

3. Personal products such as underwear, hair and earring accessories.

4. Perishable products such as food.

5. Damaged items due to misuse, even if they are still under warranty period.
